This is a VERY fresh encapsulation, protected in shipping bag, one owner, and is in beautiful condition and has not been circulated. Please note: CGC cases infrequently have minor imperfections including scuffs, standard surface wear, newton rings, or minor cracks, and the good folks at CGC have noted that these type of minor defects are acceptable, provided the Comic Book has been protected.
