This Dietzgen "Master-Pro" contains five pieces, including a cylinder containing lead. There is also a yellow Dietzgen cloth laid in that says "everything for graphing, surveying & printmaking."  The case is lined with some fuzzy green cloth that protects what's inside. That lining shows some fading, especially on the bottom layer.  The case appears to be black leather and it has two substantial snaps to close. The decorative designs on the snaps, especially the one on the right, appear slightly faded.
