The Rev6 hardware is designed for weight reduction and precision tuning:

• EGS Rev6 string lock assembly: Features a housing made from aircraft-grade aluminum and steel locking screws. It iscompatible with 6, 7, and 8-string guitars.

• EGS Rev5/6 Tuner Assembly: A modular design that allows for independent tuning of each string. It includes an aluminum housing, plunger, and knob, with a steel saddle screw.

• Suitability: Rev6 parts directly fit guitars with Rev5 hardware without modification. They can also be installed on NX series (Rev7) guitars if all locks are replaced together.

• Exclusion: It is not compatible with Boden Essential models or those using EGS ARC hardware.
