Believe this to be a PLAYER ISSUE shirt/track top due to the NUMBER 4 (see photos 6 and 7) being on this top and also the sponsor on the front which was not available on the top when these were for sale by the club.

Size is stated as MEDIUM with approx measurements of 28" top of the shoulder to the bottom, 21" across armpit to armpit, 20.5" across the shoulders and 20" armpit down inner sleeve to the cuff.
