This insert measures 11.9 inches (30.3 cm) in length and is only compatible with DW7485. It is slightly SHORTER then the inserts used for the common such as DW744 and DW745 models, although they may appear similar in appearance. Please be mindful of this distinction.
READ & FOLLOW
(1) The insert is properly fitted and there is adequate blade clearance.
(2) Secure the insert by covering it with a board and clamping each end of the board to the table saw top.
(3) If the blade makes contact with the insert, replace it with a smaller diameter blade to ensure proper clearance.
