How to Use: Place over. your eyes for a comforting experience. Squeeze eye pillow to recharge lavender fragrance. Use warmed or chilled.

For Warm Relief: Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds. If you prefer additional warmth, heat in 15-second increments, but do not overheat. Use caution when removing from the microwave.

For Cooling Comfort: Place the inner pillow in the freezer for one hour before use. Ideal for soothing tired eyes, eye strain, headaches, or stress.
