And depending on amount of packages there may be two people doing this = this is a great way to protect you as a buyer and hold us accountable as well as protecting your item against theft during transport or at any other time.
If there is a claim, you will be asked to return all packaging you do receive as well as video / pictures of box etc to aid in necessary investigations.
This isn’t crazy = this is smart. If we were a huge seller maybe this would be a considerable waste of time as most people are honest, however, because of the few bad apples and of course the possibility of human error or mistake on our end this is the best way to make sure everyone is covered.
Going forward as we have too much stuff to list - we will be posting the pictures and ask that you please ask questions if the pictures are not enough for you. Descriptions will be included if we genuinely see something wrong.

This item is part of an estate clear out. This is used and has been stored and/or may have been stored and/or unworn for some time so please expect to have to clean said items prior to use and/or wear. Expect "Storage/Stock" wear : scratches / scuffs / “storage” box damage & other issues may be present. Some repairs may be needed.
SHIPPING POLICIES:
Various flat shipping rates are dependent upon items total , weight and box dimensions. Anything $50 and over requires adult signature and phone number.
Combined shipping requests will be completed if possible. If an item(s) is unable to be combined, we will respond to you via eBay messaging instead of sending an invoice. All combined items add $2.50 up to weight max which is typically 12 oz , then additional $2.50 per item.
Handling fees may be included and may vary.
Due to the various locations of items offered, ALL Items will be shipped out within 7 business days after payment has been processed with possible earlier handling and clients and/or our discretion. Please notify us if you are in need of immediate shipping and/or expedited shipping and handling.
International buyers: shipping costs are calculated via eBay and $5.50 handling charge for processing packs.
Expect delays and no vats or custom fees are included. You must adhere to your specific vats and taxes and customs fees and rules.

We do not accept most returns. All items are from actual estates clear outs, storage units clear outs, attic / basement clear outs, jewelry store buyouts, in person and/or online auctions, and private client consignments. Due to the nature of acquisition, we cannot issue returns at this time, unless a consignee agrees and please understand that an up to 20% return fee may be added. Buyer will pay for return shipping unless we grossly misdescribed an item or another error was found by us.
If condition is not written / stated in the description of the items and/or lot, the absence of a said condition information does not indicate the lot is free of damage or issues. Specified conditions will appear if available and may be included in pictures so view all pictures accordingly. Condition and additional photographs may be requested on items up until 72 hours prior to the auction end. Bid accordingly. All sales are final, no returns are accepted on the basis of condition.
