We offer free shipping to most states and usually ship within 1-3 business days of payment. Depending on availability, some items may come from outside sources. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, PO Boxes or any US protectorates.
If you have any problem with your purchase please contact us first within 5 business days. We will do all we can to fix the issue. Please note that we cannot give refunds if a return is initiated more than 30 days after the delivery of the item.
If you need to cancel a transaction, please contact us as soon as possible and we will attempt to cancel the order. If the order has gone too far through the fulfillment process, we will be unable to cancel. In that event, you would need to wait until you receive the item and go through the normal returns process including applicable fees as mentioned in the above returns section.
