Principle of Sudden Death:
- The principle of sudden death is the first safety principle for high-altitude operations.
- This principle stipulates that in the rope system, the safety of personnel should not be affected by any unexpected situation of the operator. Including operational errors, sudden fainting, accidental release, etc. that directly lead to personnel falling or system safety failure. Require the equipment to remain safe and stable at all times, and to be able to lock the ropes even if released, without causing serious injuries such as loss of speed or falling from heights.
- The PJ series is equipped with an automatic brake mechanism internally, which complies with the first safety principle for high-altitude operations. When the following abnormal situations occur, it can automatically achieve self-locking parking to ensure the safety of operators.
1. Misoperation, the operator excessively pulled the descent handle due to panic.
2. Suddenly hands relief, during the entire process of high-altitude operations, the operator suddenly loses consciousness.
3. Accidentally detached, during manual descent, the operator accidentally pulled the rope and accidentally disconnected the drill.

Using Instruction:
- Three functions of lifting and descending: electric drill lifting, electric drill descending, and manual descending.
- Finger dial reversing, electric drill lifting conversion does not require plugging or unplugging the electric drill, and can be raised and lowered at a micro distance.
- Manual descent: Hold the rope with one hand and loosen the handwheel with the other hand (do not twist to the maximum extent) to expose the three color rings. Slowly release the rope to start the descent. During the descent process, pay attention to controlling the released rope to maintain a constant speed and continuous descent. If the rope is released too quickly, the machine has over-speed self-locking function; It will automatically interrupt the descent process. If further descent is required, please repeat the above process.
- Emergency braking: When emergency braking is required during manual descent, hold the handwheel tightly with your hand to enter the self-locking state and achieve braking and parking.
- One handed control, the electric lifting process can be operated with one hand, making it easy for the other hand to control objects or fall arresters.
- Offline protection: At any time when the drill goes offline, or the rope is released, the machine will automatically lock and stop.
- Automatic braking. This product follows the principle of sudden death. If the operator loses consciousness or accidentally loses control of the rope or drill, it will automatically lock and stop.
- The PZ self-locking device is not allowed to operate without oil, as oil shortage can affect the self-locking performance and reduce the service life of the self-locking device. Regular maintenance should be carried out, including cleaning and oiling.
