Shipping Cost = 50 (Postage) + Import Duties & Taxes + Platform duty/tax collection fee + Customs clearance handling fee

“Import Duties & Taxes” follow the destination’s import regulations.
“Platform duty/tax collection fee” is the fee for handling duty and tax collection.
“Customs clearance handling fee” covers processing/filing with customs.

Please understand that because the item is made in Japan, a simple formula like “15% import tax” does not apply.

Immediately after shooting, items are stored in a closed container with desiccant and kept in a temperature- and humidity-controlled warehouse 24/7.

Unconditional Return Policy
Customer service and satisfaction are very important to us.
We have an unconditional return policy if notified within 30 days of the receipt of the item.
All returned items must be in the original condition. All return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Please contact us first for return before you ship it back to us.
If the item is found not working (excluding battery depletion), return shipping will be covered by the seller.
In all other cases, the postage of the returned goods is a buyer burden.
