CONDITION NOTES
The faux-leather covering on the external edges of the lid and hinge area shows noticeable deterioration, which is typical for this generation of TAG Heuer boxes due to ageing of the polyurethane coating.

Internally, the faux-leather covering around the cushion slot shows deterioration consistent with normal use and removal of the cushion over time. The velvet side of the cushion is in good condition. The faux-leather reverse side shows noticeable deterioration and should be handled carefully.

The original retailer stock label is adhered to the base of the cushion recess. Do not attempt to remove it, as this will damage the faux-leather lining.

Structurally the box is very sound, with no issues to the frame or hinge. The cushion remains usable but is fragile due to deterioration of the faux-leather covering.

This box is best suited for collectors seeking an honest, period-correct Monaco presentation box with natural, era-appropriate ageing and traceable retail provenance.
