Antique R.O.C. Retouching Desk, - a classic photography tool used for editing large-format, glass plate or film negatives. It features an angled glass pane, a mirror to reflect light through the negative, and a shade, allowing artists to manually reduce "hot spots" or remove blemishes. Consists of a wooden frame with a hinged mirror that adjusts to reflect natural light or lamp light up through a ground-glass surface, illuminating the negative. In good used vintage condition.
