1999 Pokemon English First 1st Edition Booster Pack Wrapper EMPTY Charizard Art. This pack came out of bundle of cards and items I bought recently. It has been folded into a penny sleeve for several decades per the previous owner.  I can find no scratches, rips, tears, stains or any damage on any of the colored surfaces.  It does have fold marks along the top and bottom, as again it was stored in a penny sleeve. Extremely clean and good condition wrapper though. I know nothing about Pokeman or Pokeman wrappers. If you need additional pictures, please send me a message.
