Signed IN PERSON and authenticated by Autograph World LLC, which was the first approved member of the United Autograph Collectors Club. There is a digital COA for the photo in their system, but the photo also will include a printed version of it. Autograph World LLC guarantees the signatures they acquire, so you can be confident this will pass third-party authentication if that's what you're in it for. 

Photo has been stored in a sleeve since its acquisition in 2006.
