This is a genuine rock from space.
Meteorite was found by Sahara Desert nomads and sold in Morocco. This would almost certainly be a L or H type chondrite. Chondrites are lightly magnetic and this well stick to a rare earth magnet - but is not as magnetic as Iron meteorites like Campo del Cielo for example. Like most NWAs this is sold unclassified but if you wanted to get it classified and named (And get an official name listed in the meteoritical bulletin with you listed as owning the main mass) you can go to a lab or university that works on meteorites and they well classify it for you (They typically charge around US$350 and you have to cut a 30 or so gram piece as a donation). Otherwise just enjoy your extraterrestrial space rock as is.
You will receive the exact item shown in the photo so look over photo closely as what you see is what you get.
Combining lots to save on overall postage would be fine.
