*About the calligraphy, we try to write what we have deciphered as much as possible. If it is not written, it means that it could not be deciphered. We can translate the deciphered calligraphy to English. But, if it is a poem or in Chinese, it cannot be translated. REFUND DUE TO DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING If you are requesting a refund due to damage during shipping, you must file a damage claim with your local post office or shipping company within 8 business days of the delivery date. Please also contact us with a photo of the damaged part and exterior part of the package. We will send an investigation request to the shipping company after we receive notification from you. Without a damage claim, compensation for damages will be denied, and no refunds will be made. The investigation will take a few months, and actual refunds will be made only after the investigation is complete. |
