No cardboard game holding insert included. Overall condition is used and collectible, but the box and paper inserts show notable age-related wear.

The outer cardboard box has visible creasing, edge wear, corner wear, scuffing, surface marks, and crushing/creasing to one side flap/corner.  One small flap is torn off.

The cartridge has general cosmetic wear, label wear, and age-related marks but presents well overall. The manual and inserts show handling wear, creasing, marks, edge wear, and some heavier wear to the Top Secrets booklet/card. Map/poster has fold lines and general handling wear from age. Both the Top Secrets card & Map are taped together.
