Can you make ravioli with this? and maybe adjust thickness of dough?

If you would like you can make Ravioli by adjusting the thickness of the dough. When making the pasta you would roll it through the Pasta Maker until it very thin, add your ravioli filling and place another sheet of pasta over that and cut it with ravioli cutter. It is best to seal the edges with a fork to make sure your filling does not come out while cooking.

Firstly, we promised that our Pasta Maker is brand new. The protective film of machine surface can be torn off. It is silver, not white. Secondly, we already contacted the buyer to resolve this issues in a good manner, we cares how our customer feel. Also, we gurantee a free return if they dislike the product.

How to clean, snd jow hard is it to take apart snd put back together?

Answer:

I clean with a pastry brush. Do not put in water or dishwasher. Just brush away any flour or dough residue. The pasta cutter slides right on & off of the top of the rollers. Otherwise there is no reason to take apart.

4# Question:

Does this pasta maker come with the vice clamp to secure to your table or counter?

Answer:

Mine came with a vice clamp and it opens wide enough for me to use on my butcher block island. This island is much thicker than the Corian one I had in my other house.
