 Description:
A high viscosity ethyl cyanoacrylate adhesive with gap filling properties coupled with an accelerator that
overcomes the adverse effects of acidic surfaces such as oak timber and MDF.

Used in conjunction an almost instant bond is attained. Ideal for
fine joints such as mitres where a close aesthetically pleasing joint
is required.

Uses
Bond It MITRE KIT can be used for bonding:
MDF chipboard.
Oak.
Pine.
All common timbers.
PVCu.
Rubber.

Preparation
Surfaces to be bonded must be clean, dry and free from dust,
grease or contaminants that may hinder adhesion.

Application
Spray aerosol lightly over one face of the joint and allow to dry. If
possible, use on the least visible face of the completed joint. Apply
adhesive to the other face and bring together immediately. Apply
gentle pressure.

IMPORTANT: Can be used on uPVC but over application of the
accelerator can result in staining. This stain may not become
visible for several hours after application. Apply to a test sample
to check application level to avoid any staining on final job.

Bonding Times
The speed of cure varies according to the substrate to be bonded.
Timber and metals will have a longer cure time than plastics and
rubbers. Best results are achieved on close fitting parts with a very
thin bond line. Excessive bond gaps will result in slower cure
speeds.

Limitations
Not suitable for permanent glass bonding. Oily or greasy surfaces
cannot be bonded. Olefinic or fluro polymers may require specialised bonding techniques.

200ml aerosol tin and 50g plastic bottle.

Clear.

Shelf Life
12 months from date of manufacture when stored in unopened
containers.

Storage Conditions
Store in a closed upright container between 5 and 25°C in dry dark
conditions. At low temperatures the shelf life will be prolonged.
Keep out of direct sunlight.

Disposal of Containers
Do not leave empty containers where residue could be harmful to
children, animals or the environment. Replace lids and remove
any containers to a central disposal point in accordance with local
regulations.
