Reluctant sale of my 2002 Mk4 Golf GTI Anniversary 1.9 tdi in Silver covered 172,000 miles

A very honest, well-maintained example that has been dry-stored during my ownership and is in excellent mechanical condition.

I acquired the car in September 2023 and it has wanted for nothing since.

Mechanically the car is in perfect working order and drives superbly.

 

Bad bits (being honest):

Driver’s wing / bottom of rear arch has some bubbling and will need some attention - NOT an MOT failure!

Bonnet strut needs replacement/welding onto body

Rear Boot VW Badge missing

Starter motor sometimes sticky

These are minor cosmetic issues and don’t detract from how well the car drives.
