Package Include: 100 pcs wide mouth canning lids. How to Use: 1, Put the things you want to store in the mason jar. 2, Put on the lid and screw the band(bands not included in our package). Never screw it too tightly, so that the air in the bottle can be discharged easily. 3, Add cool water to the pot, put the screwed bottle in it. Heat until the water boils and heat for more 10 minutes. 4, Take out the bottle from boiling water, and then let it cool naturally. Twist off the bottle band(or cap). Don't twist off the band until it's cool. How Does it work: The air in the bottle is discharged when heating. During it cool down, Thermal Expansion and Contraction makes the air pressure outside much greater than that of inside. So the negative pressure achieves the sealing effect.
