SHIPPING DISCLOSURE

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALES ARE FINAL, AND INTERNATIONAL RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

1. Under normal circumstances, your item will be shipped within 3 business days after payment.

2. We ship only to the address on your order.

3. Items will be shipped from China, and the delivery time depends on the destination's customs, logistics, and other influencing factors.

4. We only provide shipping service to Great China,United States, Australia and Some European & Asian Countries.

5. The buyer is responsible for customs clearance and paying taxes when the goods arrive at the destination customs. Any "item not received" or "refund request" due to the buyer's refusal to clear customs will not be accepted. Import duties and other additional charges at the destination are not included in the item price.

6. We can help combine orders sold on the same day and ship out the parcel within 24 hours. In addition, we can also do combine shipping service for orders sold within 72 hours (starting from the sold hour of the earliest order) by request. Since the logistics service providers have set a weight limit for each parcel, the maximum combine limit for each parcel is 25 slabs.

We charge Additional $1 per Single CARD. The combine shipping fee may increase if more than 10 slabs are assigned to be ship in one parcel.

7. We can provide basic international shipping service via Speedpak Standard or SF Express from Great China. Expedited Shipping will be DHL/UPS/Fedex. NOTICE for orders over $750, we will have to use expedited shipping option to ensure that the parcel will be delivered safer and faster. All delivery service via DHL/UPS/Fedex contains direct signature service, so please provide an address where an adult can be present.

8. Due to international shipping, there will be Two tax that needs to be considered before placing a bid, please notice there are VAT (Sale tax) and DUTY for custom, it is the buyers' responsiblility to pay TAX AND VAT.
