This is a well-prepped out Cockerellites or Priscacara liops from the famous Green River Formation of Fossil Lake, near Kemmerer, Wyoming. It dates from the Eocene, 50 million years ago. The fish has been color-enhanced.

The fish is 5 inches long, the entire plate measures 6.5 inches by 5.2 inches by 0.33 inches thick.
