It works but it’s currently locked under the previous owner’s account. I bought this off of eBay and was told by Raz the previous owner needs to call to release it so it can be registered for our use. The previous owner would not help with the transfer so I’m selling it for parts. You may be able to convince or work with Raz to release it but I can’t guarantee it. As-is
