This is a vintage MCM desk lamp.   Lamp is a gooseneck style with flexible arm, and turn switch on top.   Bottom is felt covered.  Everything works properly.  Shade is 6" in length and has an outside diameter of 4-5/8".  Lamp works properly and corn has no issues.
