This black basalt plaque was made by Wedgwood and bears the factory mark and an impressed 70 , for 1970 on the base .
It portrays the musician Beethoven and bears his portrait with his name below .
It measures 4" x 3 1/8" in diameter.
It is in good condition with no chips or cracks .
