A Bit of History:
The Theodore Haviland Limoges pattern 346 featuring the red backstamp with "Theodore" underlined and "Limoges France" was primarily produced around 1903–1904.
While Theodore Haviland operated in Limoges from 1893 to the 1930s before moving to the US this specific combination of marks represents a brief transitional period in the early 1900s.
Porcelain produced in 1903 falls under the late Victorian era (in Britain), the Art Nouveau period.
The "Schleiger 346" name is not a factory name but a numerical identifier created by Arlene Schleiger between the 1950s & 1970s to catalog the thousands of unnamed Haviland patterns.
