ANTIQUE ES Erdmann Schlegelmilch Hand Painted Demitasse Cups & Saucers - 1920s

This is an AMAZING ANTIQUE set of porcelain demitasse cups and saucers from the 1920s.  They were made by Ermann Schlegelmilch in an art nouveau style and have the small "beehive" shield stamp on the bottom that corresponds with this maker and this time period.  They were made in the Royal Vienna style and have a modified Royal Vienna logo on the bottom (many German and Austrian makers did this at the time).  The cups and saucers were hand painted with a floral garland design that includes roses and impatiens.  They are linked with a black ribbon.   The cups and saucers are trimmed in gold on the rims, handles and bottom.  These cups are about 2 inches tall and the saucers are 4.25 inches in diameter.  They are amazing survivors for about 100 years!  They are all in EXCELLENT CONDITION!  There are no chips, cracks, scratches, discoloration, stains or repairs.  There is a small area on 1 cup where a little lavender paint has come off (see last photo).
