Vintage Wood Box of Gainsborough Artists Oil Color M Grumbacher Box Marshalls

This is a lot of paints.  The larger box is made of wood and marked GAINSBOROUGH Artists Oil Colors by M. GRUMBACHER.  There are 9 tubes.  There is a cardboard box of Marshall's.  Those are smaller tubes and there are 8 of those too.  All would be partially used.  I don't know if this is stuff is good or not.
