This is a mini comic titled UNTITLED on the cover (15 times) and KH Book 4 on the inside. This issue has tons of text inside and many cover thumbnails similar to the cover. It looks like it’s Huizenga trying to come up with a title for the series that became “Or Else” but he may have been trying to name other things that he did over the years. I had multiple copies of this one and I think I’m going to save one in case I ever need to name my own comics anthology. There’s some good options in here. Maybe “Spider Spit” or “The Nimble Bulletin”. Self published, 2005
By the way, I have two copies of this, one of them has the first two pages (and last two pages since it's one piece) laid out "wrong" in this handmade edition. I'm basing that on the fact that I've seen four copies total of this comics and three are the same and one is different. If no one wants it, I'll save that one for my collection. If anyone wants the "misprint" one, they can have that instead of the "regular" one.
