Today I am listing for sale my Rocket’s Raikou EX-Holo PSA 9! I have had it in my collection for while now, but I believe it is a good time to let it go along with a few other cards I’ll be listing. Card is still sealed in its plastic wrap from PSA. It’s in excellent physical condition - MINT! Talking about the plastic wrap and plastic card sleeve and such.
