Inner Omega box and all components are covered against material or manufacturing faults or defects other than those already described in the listing. The outer white cardboard box is covered with the exception of the front flap hinge. The outer brown Omega cardboard packaging box is not covered under this guarantee.
All components are not covered against misuse, mishandling or accidental damage including staining. In the event of a justifiable claim, the box will be required to be returned to us using a recorded delivery postal method. Upon receipt we will inspect the box and, if in our opinion the fault has been caused by a manufacturing defect, we will at our discretion offer a repair, replacement or refund.
