Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same working day, on weekdays if they are in our primary warehouse, Items purchased on a weekend or bank holidays will be sent the next working day.
- We offer a Royal Mail 48 service as standard across all of our products and a Royal Mail 24 upgrade for a small fee at checkout if your item is more urgent. DPD Next Day Guaranteed is an additional option for added peace of mind. At peak times these additional services may be unavailable.
- If you are unavailable to accept your purchase it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office. If your purchase is not collected within 2 weeks the package will be returned to us, we will then require you to repay the original postage cost to resend the item to you, or a refund can be given less the original postage costs.
