How to Install Your eSIM

  1. Receive Your Code: Your eSIM QR code will be sent directly to your eBay Messages.

  2. Prepare for Setup: Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Display the QR code on a separate device (laptop, tablet) or print it out to scan it.

  3. iOS Setup (iPhone): Go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM > Use QR Code, then scan your code to install the profile.

  4. Android Setup (e.g., Galaxy): Go to Settings > Connections > SIM Manager > Add eSIM > Scan QR code, then scan your code to install the profile.

  5. Final Steps: Enable "Data Roaming" for the new eSIM and ensure it is selected as your Primary Data Source.

  6. Important: The eSIM is for one-time installation only. DO NOT DELETE the profile until your trip is over. It may take a few minutes to connect to the network for the first time.
