BAKO Select All Purpose Dough Improver Make Better Bread and Rolls

A powdered multi-purpose improver for use, at 1 – 2% on flour weight, of bread and rolls. Versatile and easy to use it creates consistently good loaves (tinned, Bloomers) and rolls across all flour types.

It gives outstanding, consistent results giving better texture, keeping qualities, more elastic dough and better structure to your bread and rolls.

Just add to your usual recipe at a rate of 1% White and 2% Wholemeal

Ingredients Calcium Sulphate, Emulsifiers: Sodium Stearoyl-2-lactylate; Mono- and Diacetyltartaric Acid Esters of Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Soya Flour, Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin), Dextrose, Flour Treatment Agent: Ascorbic Acid
