Return Policy

We have offered 30-day return policy for the purchase. If you change your mind, you may return the product using an eBay return label, provided it is in its Original condition with the Samsung Factory Seal intact, to receive a full refund.

If the product has been opened, we will follow eBay's guidelines to deduct a portion of the refund based on the condition of the returned item. Since we sell only Brand-New, Factory sealed devices, opened returns cannot be resold at full value. The deduction helps offset this loss and is applied in compliance with eBay's policies.
