The Product: A new right hand switch assembly for Excelsior Henderson HCX and HCXS models and custom choppers with 1” handlebars.

Research: We received this through a buyout and all of the information we have on it is listed here. This came in a large box labeled with the Excelsior Henderson part #2599-0011 and hand written on the box read: Swift Right Hand Switch Housing. We looked up this part number and found this assembly listed on several websites which state this is for the HCX and HCXS models. Since we have no way to verify this we suggest you closely compare the switch assembly pictured to your existing one to help determine if this will fit your motorcycle.

We checked the wiring on this assembly and have determined the following:

The red and green wires control the engine stop/run switch.

The white and black wires control the emergency flasher switch.

The green with a white stripe and brown with a black stripe wires control the electric starter button.

Please look over the pictures closely and review our return policy noted below prior to purchasing this assembly.

Layout of pictures: The first two pictures show the switch assembly and attached wiring. The third, fourth and fifth pictures show the assembly close up from various angles.

Condition: This switch assembly is new and in great shape aside from some light rub marks and scratches caused by it being moved around warehouses for some time.

Credit Cards: We will accept credit card payments for United States buyers only. International buyers cannot pay with credit card at this time. If you wish to pay with Visa or Mastercard you can call us, one of our office staff will process your credit card payment. We will ONLY ship to the billing address of the credit card. We will NOT cross-ship to a non-billing address.There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this.

Shipping Terms: Your small flat rate shipping price is reflected above. If there is no shipping price listed above or you cannot bid then you are in one of the few countries that we will NOT ship to.

Please note: Because of the limited amount of space available to us you may not receive the original packaging with your item.

Small flat rates from USPS cannot be combined with any other item. It will have to be shipped separately from any other items you may purchase from us.

We process and ship orders within three business days of payment clearing (payment is not cleared until Paypal shows it as cleared, sometimes Paypal will show a payment as pending, we cannot ship an item out while the payment is pending). Please do not contact us asking if something has shipped until at least 5 business days after payment has ‘cleared’, please contact us by clicking 'Ask Seller A Question' above.

We will attempt to provide a tracking number for your shipment, however, because USPS will not provide tracking numbers most times, we cannot always provide one. USPS Priority Mail within the United States can take up to 10 days and International Shipments can take up to 30 days. Please contact us after these time limits have passed. Our Guarantee: After receiving this item, you have 14 days to inspect it. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with the product, you are entitled to return it as outlined in our policy below:

(1) Our customer service is included with your package (on the sheet included with your invoice), you will have to email that address within 14 days of receiving the item. We cannot post the address here because of Ebay's rules.
(2) The item is to be received back in the same condition as when we shipped it. Please look at the pictures in the ad to compare to the item you receive. If your item is in different condition than pictured, please contact Customer Service via e-mail because it is most likely an insurance claim to settle with the shipping carrier. Please retain your original shipping material, including the box in which the item arrived. If it has sustained shipping damage, a carrier claim needs to be filed; contact Customer Service via e-mail in order to process the claim.
(3) If the item arrives as described in the ad, with no damage from shipping, a $10 restock fee that covers processing and eBay fees will be deducted from your refund.
(4) You will be responsible for all shipping costs both ways. You will also be responsible for insuring the package when you send it back to us to ensure that we safely receive it. We do not refund your shipping/insurance costs.
(5) If your item arrives and is MATERIALLY DIFFERENT than the description in the ad, please contact Customer Service to receive a full refund on the item and on shipping charges.
