Collected in Sica-Sica, Bolivia, South America.

Complete Calmoniid trilobite found in the devonian of Belén, Bolivia, over 4.000 meters above the sea.

Most Bolivian calmoniids occur in three formations localized in distinct geographic areas: a) The Belén Formation (Belén - La Paz- Sica Sica region of the west bolivian altiplano); b) The Icla Formation (Icla - Padilla region, sierras Subandinas of central Bolivia), and; c) The Gamoneda formation (Tarija region, southern Bolivia).
