Partners Inc Limited (T/A Partners in Hardware) has entered into an agreement with eBay as a certified refurbisher. We are required to supply and comply with eBay?s refurbished required guarantee, which is applied automatically upon making a purchase with Partners in Hardware through eBay. The terms of this guarantee are as follows:
The guarantee is offered to the buyer free of charge
The guarantee applies to all eligible items that are purchased and used in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
The guarantee takes effect at the time the eligible items are delivered as a contractual obligation owed by the seller to the buyer and is for a term of at least 12 months.
The guarantee covers any defects which the buyer will not have to prove existed at the time of delivery that have arisen within at least 12 months of the delivery date.
This guarantee as a minimum allows for:
i) a full refund for 90 days from the date of purchase
ii) a repair of the eligible item with new or refurbished parts for 12 months following the delivery of the eligible item
iii) a replacement of the eligible item entirely, either with a new or refurbished item of the same or better specification at no additional charge to the buyer. If such a replacement is unsuccessful or unavailable, Partners in Hardware will comply with applicable laws
