Application

It can drill holes of different sizes in materials such as stainless steel, aluminum (soft alloy only), steel, brass, fiberglass, and plastic. It is suitable for iron plates with a thickness of less than 3mm and stainless steel plates with a thickness of less than 2mm. It is widely used in metallurgy, petroleum, electrical appliances, ships, machinery, construction sites, auto repairs, and other industries.

How to Operate

For example, to make a 2.48-inch hole in a plate, the operation is as follows:

• Prepare an iron plate with a thickness of 3mm or less, and a stainless steel plate preferably within 2mm.
• Use a hand drill and 0.43in drill bit to make a 0.43in hole in the iron plate.
• Take out the small pull rod, and mount it on the cylinder, install the 1.03in lower mold, iron plate, 1.03in upper mold, and nut in order.
• Operate the handle of the pump, and the upper mold slowly down to cut the iron plate.
• After the cutting is completed, take out the nut, the upper mold, the scrap of the cut iron plate, the lower mold, and the small pull rod.
• Then take out the big pull rod, and install it on the cylinder, in turn, 2.48in upper mold, iron plate, 2.48in lower mold, and nut.
• Operate the handle of the pump, and the upper mold slowly down to cut the iron plate.
• After completing the cutting, take out the nut, the upper mold, the scrap of the iron plate being cut down, the lower mold, and the big pull rod in turn.
• The completion of the 2.48-inch hole in the iron plate.

• First, use a hand drill (not included) to punch a 0.43-inch hole in the board.
• Second, if you are opening a small hole, directly with a small mold.
• Third, if you are opening a large hole of 1.28 inches in or more, you need to open the hole 2 times.
