For sale is a lovely, large alpha plate / silverplated oval double handled serving tray by Viners. It has an ornate foliage and diamond design to the handles and the trim with chased engraving decoration to the centre of the oval. It sits on four wonderful claw on ball feet. Branded to the underside. A great quality piece! 53cm long. 28cm wide and 4cm tall (fom gallery to base of claw foot) Some tiny areas of plate loss or verdegris, but entirely commensurate with its age. Light surface scratch marks too. A lovely item.
Measures 53cm long (including the handles) and sits 3.5cm high. The central section measures 43.5cm by 28cm. No splits or holes to the metal. Silverplate is intact. Light surface scratches and some small marks.
