Because of this, I cannot confirm whether it has picked up any light marks or scratches from movement during storage. 

The item has not been opened for inspection, so this is being disclosed upfront for full transparency. The case and cover art remain as shown, but the loose disc should be taken into consideration before purchase. 

If the buyer would like, I am happy to carefully open the case and properly seat the disc before shipping, but only if explicit instruction is provided at the time of purchase.  Some minor wear to the seal.
