Correct Measurement Methods
Stand with feet parallel (measuring while squatting or sitting will be inaccurate).
Distribute your weight evenly on both feet and place your feet on a material that can be marked (such as cardboard).
Stand naturally and mark the widest part of each foot (the widest part of the forefoot).
Mark the longest part (heel to toe).
Record these measurements, taking the larger value from both feet.
