I always strive to dispatch items within 24 hours, if I am away for any amount of time and unable to dispatch in the regular amount of time I will message you with the details. If you require tracking please select a postage option that comes with a tracking option.

Should an item go missing a full refund will be given when Royal Mail (or alternative chosen) has declared the item is lost and issues compensation. Please allow time for these processes to be completed.

Should an item be damaged in transit please supply photos of the damage so that I can forward these images on to the courier service.
