Figure’s Condition:
This sale is for X1 set Lot of x3 individual Near mint on card action figures MOC. Each is sealed in its original packaging card may have various degrees of minor shelf wear, which includes and or may include, light surface or minor vein creases, which only appear in certain light, minor or tiny card edge dings or minor edge of card spine wear as indicated in the pictures. It may have minor wear consistent with age including, some small marks, some minor bending to the card or fraying or minor card corner curls at the edges may be present on the card. One or two of these figures may have tiny bubble dings which are hard to photograph. The Shock Trooper figure definitely has a bubble dent crease in the bottom of the Bubble.

US TARIFF IMPORT TAX! IS DUE ON ANY USA SALE!
Yes I will ship to the United States BUT it’s currently EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE at the moment! It’s about 30% extra on top of any sale!!
US TAX TARIFF EXPLAINED =
Any sale is Subject to the mandatory United States import tax regulations and surcharges required by USA law.
These charges are based on the total value of the item(s) product(s) you purchase = this 30% Tax is before your shipping costs, then your total. EXAMPLE= item x is $100, your import tax is 30% which is $30, your shipping cost total is $65 your grand total is $195, remember that’s an example! As it keeps changing!
Why are these tax’s so high? Ask the US Government.. the current tax break down is 10% because it’s coming from Australia, plus 15% because the product point of origin where the item was made being, Made In China or Hong Kong (where nearly everything is made) plus 5% for the export/import agent fees gives us currently the 30% total. Again This keeps changing and is a Guide.
No it doesn’t matter that it’s an American company’s product, because the point of origin on the item or the packaging says it’s made in China, so that automatically puts the 15% (or currently half the tax in the bill).
Cheer up I can no longer sell back to China or the Chinese territories because in some cases the tax duties are nearly 200% of the sale value.
Due to international ebay and PayPal policies, I can not send or ship any item or product not insured or under valued to try to get around any fee..
I love you American’s but honestly it is really worth buying from me at the moment? Please understand no one is exempted and I don’t make the rules. And it’s way too expensive for me to eat these costs which I hope you understand.
Having said all of this if you continue to buy from me and then turn around and say I didn’t know I was going to be charged more and don’t want it anymore. Honestly that’s not fair when I have tried extremely hard to explain the current situation.

I am not responsible or liable for any Shipping delays but most importantly for ANY custom duties or fees that you will have to pay upon delivery.
