Usage & Maintenance

Hygiene: Use a new disposable sheath for each patient to ensure hygiene and protect the lens.

Cleaning: Use a soft damp cloth for daily cleaning. Do not submerge, autoclave or spray liquid directly onto the lens or LEDs.

Do not disassemble the device, as this will void the warranty.

Software Support

DentalView software supports multiple languages and functions including patient management, photo/video capture, editing, preview, export and printing.

Troubleshooting

No image: Check USB connection, driver installation and settings.

Blurry image: Ensure lens is clean and sheath is properly installed.

Image stains: Clean the lens with a soft cotton swab.

Precautions

Keep the device away from sharp objects, metal and liquids to avoid damage.

Disconnect power when connecting cables. Store in a dry, ventilated environment away from direct sunlight.

Unplug when not in use for a long time. Do not use damaged cables or power accessories.
