• Style: Classic Dutch Colonial featuring a dual-pitched Gambrel Roof and a prominent exterior brick-textured chimney.
• Exterior: Finished in a sophisticated slate-grey clapboard with contrasting blue window trim. The house is expertly "aged" with hand-applied climbing vines and a lush floral foundation.
• Interior: A rare open-back design featuring 6 partitioned rooms across three levels (including the attic). The interior is clean and ready for micro-scale furnishing or custom wallpapering.
• Scale: 1:144 scale.
• Provenance: Fully signed and dated by the artist on the underside.

• Electrified: This house is professionally wired with interior lighting (one light on each side on each of the bottom two floors for a total of 4), allowing for a warm, realistic glow that brings the micro-architecture to life.

Condition:
Excellent vintage condition. All exterior landscaping and structural elements are intact. The interior is pristine and "decorator ready." Wiring is original; as with all vintage miniatures, testing with a standard 12V power supply is recommended.  This has been displayed in a closed plexiglass case.
