I have had two people win this item from Europe and neither of them understood the concept of international shipping rates or USD to their local currency and both cancelled. Please only bid on this item if you understand that this item is located in the US and I have listed it in USD and you are willing to accept the cost to get it to you. I will not accept a 3rd cancellation. Thanks.
