We aim to deliver all items within 5-10 working days of payment. In exceptional circumstances the delivery may take longer but we will contact you if this is the case. If you require the item urgently or within a specific space of time then please contact us and we can advise you as to exactly when you are likely to receive the furniture.

Once you have bought an item, please email us your contact telephone number. Failure to do this may result in a delay in your item being delivered. All deliveries are booked in 2-3 days prior to delivery.

The drivers operate modern liveried vehicles. They are fully trained and knowledgeable about the product they are delivering.

You can also collect your item free of charge. To arrange a collection please contact us so we can provide you with details.

Our standard delivery service is free of charge and includes a one man service who will carry the furniture into your home and potentially into the room of your choice at the drivers discretion. Assistance may be required for large and heavy items.

We also offer a two man delivery service who will carry the furniture into the room of your choice. An additional charge may be applicable. Please contact us for further information.

Finally, there is also a White Glove service available. This includes a two man delivery service who will carry the furniture into the room of your choice, remove and take away packaging. There would be an additional charge for this service. Please contact us for further information.

An assembly service is also available at an additional charge.

We offer a full money back guarantee if you decide that you do not want the item based on the following terms

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging
  • It must be unused and complete
  • Please notify is within 7 days of receiving the item if you wish to return the product after which we will provide you with delivery information.

In the unlikely situation where the item is damaged, please adhere to the following procedures:

  • Advise us within 3 days of receiving the item that it is damaged
  • Send us an email with a brief description of the problems and some pictures showing the nature of the damage
  • Once this has been received, we shall either exchange the item with a perfect brand new one or collect the item from you and offer you a full refund. This depends on the customers' preference as to whether they want an exchange or a refund. Both service are offered at no additional cost to the customer.
  • In some situations, where both a collection and exchange are not convenient, we may offer some form of compensation due to the damage. However, this decision lies entirely with our management team
  • Please ensure that the original packaging is kept for the item
