This banner belonged to my father. He was a mathematician who was a Yale undergraduate 1936-1940 and was in graduate school there in the late 1940's after fighting in WWII. So it dates from that time period. There are some small holes, and there are some creases from being folded up for a long time, but otherwise it's in great shape.
